Good day! Made a purchase today, but not in your store and that's why. Coming to the store, I saw a picture that does not fit in my head. You invite customers to your store to celebrate the grand opening, but the staff of the store, in particular the director Ruslan do not remember his name, allows himself to be at work, with a terrible smell of fumes. So we are all people, well, when you invite us to shop in honor of your holiday, and so to meet customers is just a rude attitude to those people who bring you profit. In this state he still stood and brought up the salesman in the middle of the hall using mats and at the same time there were people around. Such behavior, I believe, is unacceptable for a store manager. That's why I chose Comfy to buy. The leader must be an example and not allow such situations. They do not call, the attitude from the network is superior. I do not recommend! Prices are currently the same, try the service from other networks. It may be more loyal to the customer.
