The rating is not delivered to the product, but to the store staff themselves. Maybe this is how I got it, but the seller was rude, and almost communicated with rudeness. As for the product, the price is good, but the quality ... 4/5 for the money. Mostly the problem is related to storage conditions. The products have defects due to careless storage and transportation. The assembly was carried out independently, I am satisfied with the result. However, you can forget about the instructions. (A black-and-white leaf and a schematic, inaccurately drawn outline). This company has a second store, located on Rabochaya Street (I don’t remember the exact address, there is a Kafel store near Uralskaya Street), that store has a large selection and a lot of nice staff.

Terrible. We were at 11:00 on a weekday and wanted to buy a wardrobe. There were no sellers in the store. There was a woman who consulted exclusively on upholstered furniture. When asked when there will be other sellers, she replied that she did not know, when asked to give a phone number, to whom to contact, or write down our number and refused to call back.

The store is big, there is plenty to choose from. On some models of furniture were the words "do not touch, do not sit down." As for me it is not right. I want to see and try comfort. I did not like that there is no loan. Only cash or payment by parts of a private bank. We wanted to buy two sofas, as a result, there was nothing left.
