Before the reform, it was easier and easier to get to the doctor, all employees of the polyclinic were more attentive and friendly to patients. After the reform, the opposite is true. And the clinic staff is the easiest to blame, but they are not to blame for this, they suffer even more because of our government and reformers. 5 stars polyclinic and 1 star medical reform and the Ministry of Health.

I applied it once. The reception, the doctor and the laboratory assistant are very friendly, they answered all your questions. People with whom they spoke rudely may have been rude themselves. Great hospital

Well, what do you call it? We make reforms for whom? As it was before - “by pull”, so everything remained. Today it was necessary to take a direction. Reception day, reception hours. The doctor turned to leave. Okay, I'll try to get a certificate from a nurse. And here she is not there either! To the registry: - Prompt and nurse today is? - Yes. Must. - So already 20 minutes of working time has passed. But she is not. - So what am I supposed to give her a "priest"? What is this talk? What is the attitude towards patients? Horror! Nothing changes. Well anything, but the last time I was just a little shaken and has not failed to write a review. This is when all is "to pull". Before my eyes, a 3-month-old baby is being received with complaints about his well-being, and then a fifa appears in the corridor, who makes a call and after a couple of seconds the doctor runs out to her and they begin to study the patient’s illness card together with jokes and tricks. At the same time, I want to note that the child is now unattended by a doctor! Because the doctor "on other more important" call - her friend called. People!! What's wrong? How can? Have a conscience and professional ethics.
