A heated towel rail with a built-in shade was purchased. For 3 months he hung without heating. After several times of heating, the heated towel rail began to undermine, i.e. the plug is screwed in poorly. The store director refused to admit the manufacturing error and eliminate the product defect. Was carrying some complete nonsense about the need to be eliminated by a plumber. In general, your heated towel rail is your problem. I strongly do not recommend the goods of this store for the quality of which no one is responsible !!!

A good store, prices are adequate, sellers will prompt and help on existing issues, suddenly what is not needed from the purchased - they will make a return without any problems.
