We spent a week with the order. At the present time, there are a million alternative stores that quickly fulfill trivial orders. The attitude towards customers is below the plinth. I do not recommend it unambiguously.

Good day. We interacted with the "office" - ordered 5 kigurumi. Sheer disappointment: starting from the quality of the product, ending with communication with the manager, who was openly rude and used the phrases “maybe you measured our pajamas with the whole village, and now we will pick them up”. Got pajamas that: 1. did not fit the size; 2. did not comply with the claimed material; 3. did not comply with the declared form; 4. did not match the declared visualization on the site. The staff of the "online store" completely ignore the law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" which states that the consumer may require the correction of defects in the goods. But the seller will not enter into dialogue with you, because he has already received the money - now you are not interested in him. Taking advantage of the fact that pajamas are not refundable, this store can send anything, of any quality, and your comments will be met with rudeness. In summary: We advise you to avoid this company: 1. It is impossible to call the company; 2. boorish, absolutely not client-oriented communication; 3. the quality of the goods leaves much to be desired; 4. There is no decent feedback.
