Staff very kindly. Chocolate pies and cakes are absolutely delicious. They have kindergarten. While eating and drinking sth, watching kids is so pleasant.

Last date of visit: 28.01.2021 Location: Pavlograd, PZTO district When ordering, she spoke in Ukrainian, but the cashier began to serve in Russian. When politely asked to switch to Ukrainian, which is convenient for me, the staff behaved defiantly and continued to serve in Russian. Unfortunately, audio / video recording did not. But next time, to avoid a fine, I advise you to instruct the staff in accordance with Article 30 of the Law on Language. The tea is delicious, so are the pastries. But it is very unpleasant when your wishes are ignored. Thanks.

A big minus is a very persistent smell of baking. Poor hood. I went in for 5 minutes and all the clothes were soaked in smell. The staff are not very friendly. Didn't see a single smile.
