Terrible place. My mom signed up here for a gastroscopy. She did this procedure for the first time, and although I explained to her how to relax and tune in to it, my mother was still very nervous and the doctors did not manage to insert the probe into her. However, instead of trying to calm and relax a person who was the first time a nurse just nervously clicked her tongue, and the doctor just freaked out and said something like if my mother is so bad and cannot relax, then let him do it under general anesthesia. Mom, feeling guilty, left the office ... but it was not there! She was eventually billed at 245 UAH for the fact that the service did not take place. This is just lol, how is it?)) If anything, it is not indicated in your price list (and I didn’t search the entire price list on the website). This is just a SHAME, that is, not only does the staff treat the patient like meat, but also the clinic fights money just for the fact that the service could not be provided)))) As I heard it was just stunned I have done gastroscopy 6 times in my life, and this was in different clinics and in different countries, but at the same time, wherever it was (private or state polyclinic), an adult aunt still helped me to calm and relax during this procedure! And when I go to paid clinics, I'm used to the fact that there is a special and polite attitude towards me, but as I understand it, this is not about an "innovative" clinic. We will bypass you, which we advise others. Better choose another alternative

I have been to this clinic twice. I can't say anything bad about the attitude at the reception, adequate, cultural communication. I am also satisfied with the urologist's appointments. I plan to sign up with him again in the near future.

Previously, I called to find out about the possibility of making a detailed analysis of the HPV genotyping, I received the answer that they will do everything. Arrived at the designated time, the nurse for a long time flipped through the price in search of this type of analysis and then said that only a urologist was able to take it. I had to pass an additional general urine test, as without it, you can’t get to the urologist. After waiting for a urologist, he told me that this analysis is better to pass in Sinevo and it will not help me. As a result, I paid for a useless consultation with a urologist, and I was not going to do 2 analyzes of which. It seems that all the actions of the clinic staff are aimed only at pumping money. The amount is not critical, but the fact of such behavior is depressing. I think that I will not appeal anymore and do not advise others.
