On February 21, 2019 my husband and I took a stroller to the furniture store "Natalie" to order a kitchen, the senior seller blocked our way at the entrance, with the words STAY, they say, let her husband stand at the entrance with a stroller because the floors had just been washed, and in general they are not a supermarket and you can’t walk with a stroller here! They meet customers very well)))) We were not pleased, we left with nothing😞 The staff is disgusting👹

Service is the bottom! They never go to a meeting, they break their line, although they themselves are wrong. They do not have clear delivery dates. They close when they need. For example, they are already closed, although 18:00 no. This place is bigger we will not appeal, we are not fired for the first time
