I was in Tatyana's group. The main credo of the coach is 1. It doesn’t work - do not. 2. You can’t - stop and filon. In fact, if you have poor physical preparation or stretching, as in my case, most of the exercises / dignities, of course, will not work, such a situation as the coach advocates doesn’t do anything and stand, essentially draining money and time.

The studio is bright, excellent, the instructors, too, were at Tatyana's - super, very attentive, clearly tells everything and explains what and how to do. I began to get many asanas that I could not do before, because I studied at home, but with such an instructor everything became somehow easier! In short, you need to go to the professionals!
