I would like to leave a complaint about the incompetence and unprofessionalism of Zakaznikova Nina Nikolaevna, a general practitioner who accepts at the Sinelnikovskaya Central Hospital at st. The essence of the complaint: my mother felt unwell on October 12-13 (temperature 38.5, shortness of breath, nausea), and since the family doctor is not assigned to the area where my mother lives, she was forced to turn to any other doctor who took that day. On October 15, my mother drank paracetamol and went to the hospital. was received by Zakaznikova Nina Nikolaevna (hereinafter - the doctor). The doctor examined my mother, listened, did not notice any complications in breathing, said that she would not give a sick leave because there was no temperature at the time of the examination and that my mother had muscle inflammation, prescribed a heavy drink and bed rest. Mom's temperature did not drop below 38.5, the ambulance did not come, arguing that "this is not a temperature, we come, if more than 39, contact your family doctor." On October 19, my mother again turned to Zakaznikova Nina Nikolaevna with complaints of deteriorating health. The doctor listened to her and said that wheezing is not heard by clean lungs and that my mother has a heart on the right side and because of this she feels unwell. Mom asked for an X-ray. The radiologist deciphered the picture as follows: "You will live," and the doctor confirmed: "so everything is fine with you." Mom did not feel better, a doctor from another city examined the X-ray online and said that my mother had bacterial pneumonia and 20% of her lungs were affected, an antibiotic was urgently needed. Mom started taking sumamed, which improved her condition. Today, October 25, my mother again turned to another doctor who was on duty at the hospital, who was able to adequately help and prescribe treatment, made a cardiogram and said that everything was fine with my heart. So, the essence of the complaint: I ask you to take measures to punish Zakaznikova Nina Nikolaevna, who never gave her mother a sick leave, made the wrong diagnosis, and also did not decipher the X-ray and could not prescribe an intelligible treatment. What would have happened if we had not caught ourselves in time and had not found the person who clearly deciphered the X-ray? I do not want her to spoil people's health by giving out wrong diagnoses about the wrong position of the heart and muscle inflammation. Would you consult your parents with such doctors?
