VERY RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES. I took a loan for a car in this bank - I paid on time so that no questions arose, but after repayment of the loan after some time the manager called (Natalia) and said that I had a type of overpayment of 360 UAH so I would come and take them off , otherwise there will be a percentage, I arrived, I couldn’t take them off for some reason, Natalia promised to sort it out and call back, a week passed and no one called back, I came again, she said that she hadn’t figured out that she would call back ... another 1 passed , 5 months, I called back again ... again I did not understand Alya .... another 2 weeks later called back, and she tells me, they should have told you (although no one called me) that it turns out not your overpayment, but some commission and it has already been written off ... In general, I I spent a lot of time and nerves on calls, but it turned out that they were some kind of mistake. VERY MUCH RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES (in particular, manager Natalia)
