I paid for the child's classes for the first and last month, I didn't like it right away, but oh well. We went for several months, now for health reasons we cannot attend classes. I called and explained the situation, they told me that they did not return money for the last month under the contract. Further more, if I want to attend classes in a month, I again need to conclude an agreement and pay for the first and last month. Rave!!!!

I do not recommend paying for classes in advance !!! Only after, otherwise you risk losing your money !!! You will be given a slip of payment, but alas, it absolutely does not guarantee your protection as a consumer !!! The child came to a trial lesson in Fotik on Gagarin. All liked it. Immediately paid 2 qualification classes in the amount of 250 UAH. Signed up. Gathered to go to the appointed day for training - the daughter refuses. They moved the lesson, but the child did not want to do it. I demanded a refund, since the service was not provided. At the reception I was told that the money is not being returned. A few days later they called and offered to resell our unused classes to friends. I said that I would not be looking for anyone. They promised to call back a month later and try to record us again and that our 2 lessons were left to us. It has been 2 months since no one called back. Although they were invited to trial classes through calls regularly, every two weeks. The child does not want to go to classes. Money went nowhere. Customer orientation at the baseboard level.

The son has been going to the "Football" since December 2017. Until now. She runs to each lesson with great pleasure. The atmosphere of the club itself is friendly and modern. The administration is polite, lovely girls, they will always help, answer your questions. Coaches of "Football" become real friends for children! You can see how much they love kids and their work, and kids feel it! We really enjoy watching the growth and new successes of our child. Here he learns to work in a team, as well as to be a real leader, a captain. "Football" is not only the development of physical skills (coordination, impact force, motor skills), but also thinking, attention, ability to react quickly. In the proposed games, you need to concentrate and think ... Happy eyes of children - this is the real appreciation of the work of "Football"!
