I ordered a cake in the Instagram correspondence (there is the entire record), where I describe the order in detail, and attached a PHOTO of their own cake, which should be. I come to pick up - they say I have to pay a thousand more for those decorations on top (which I indicated in the photo: a large rose 500 UAH + small ones for 100 UAH). I have no words! A small two-tiered cake with cubes cost 3 thousand, so they wanted to rip off another thousand for not finishing the order. FRAUDERS! The cake is not of high quality, drips and not evenly, made in a hurry. I never recommend anyone to deal with this scam! Hoping to get a good product for the money, got AWESOME quality and spoiled mood. I corresponded with Pastushenko Inna, the mistress of this scam, apparently! Pass by if you want to save your nerves and money. Yes, and to the questions about "You did not read the detailed order" I was answered "Have a nice day", without any explanation. And what do you think, would you like to address such people ?! I add to the review: The cake for 3 thousand in 1.5 hours flowed. They didn't even tell me anything that it needs to be put in the refrigerator IMMEDIATELY, otherwise it melts. customer focus - 0, took the money - they don't care about everything else! Reply to comment: And nothing was offered to me, as you write, no need to lie! There was not a single step to the meeting to solve this problem. They just said that you need to additionally buy something that has already been paid for, i.e. give more than a thousand hryvnyas for what has already been agreed! And the cake was picked up on HOLIDAY DAY! No store should treat customers like that!

A very bad product - cakes of inferior quality, the room is dirty, the refrigerator is small, nothing can fit at all, they do everything in a hurry before arriving. The prepayment was on the card Pastushenko Inna, the price is very high for such a low quality cake - it turned out very ugly, ruined the whole day and the holiday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to contact this institution ever.

In short, to speak beautifully doesn’t mean tasty cooking. Tried two cakes, chocolate and coffee Beyliz and some other with jam and mango. Belize tastes like thick cocoa butter mousse. No taste, sweet and fat. The second cake is a complete failure. It was as if the grandmother had whipped up the cake: a thick layer of raspberry jam was spread on the shortbread dough, then some strange layer, then there was still mango jam and it was covered with icing on top so that it did not spread. It is impossible to finish, the taste is sugar with sugar. Guests could not eat the second cake, they ate fatty Beyliz.
