Changed the radiator that I bought from them, did not tighten the 2 nuts where the oil is cooled to the gearbox (maybe everything). Arrived again as checking with a probe he was dry. As a result, I paid for DIAGNOSTICS and 2 liters of oil, citing the fact that they do not know how much oil I had before replacing the radiator))) It's not about money at all because the amount is not large, it's about approaching customers. Since I was specially bought a radiator in the service station and I should not worry about this lack, or someone did not see or twist something. That is, no one gives you any guarantees…. Since I have been working in the field of service for a long time, I do not quite understand the approach of positioning the service station in the city as one of the best when ordering the wrong part, they did not throw it at me…. P.S. When asked if my automatic transmission broke then, they said that from 2-l. it did not break, I understand that I have to check the fluids in the car, but the only instruction I received after replacement to watch the antifreeze (which is logical) 2 days everything was ok, I did not look under the hood on holidays. UPD: I am wrong in the diagnosis, I misunderstood during the conversation. I followed the recommendations of the master, checked the antifreeze for several days, everything was ok with him. I am a car user, not a car mechanic, I do not have to check liquids every day and dig under the hood. I see that you can only shift the blame on the client instead of saying that you will take the remarks into account and keep the client. This is not my problem, what are the mounts on the radiator from the factory. This is installed by your service station and should be done qualitatively and so that the customer then has no problems (no headache for factory nuts) and he did not fly for 600 UAH in oil due to your incompetence. In fact: I bought a radiator from you, you installed it, the oil leaked, and I was not even warned that there is a nuance with those nuts (otherwise I would control them). You lost a client, you on the drum :)

Good service, good team of managers and craftsmen. In the spring, this service station replaced the crankshaft and variator oil seal. We found original spare parts in the shortest possible time. The repair was completed on time. I applied, one might say, on a warranty case. As it turned out that everything is in order and there were no problems with their work and spare parts. The service is excellent, they comply with their warranty obligations. Solve delicately controversial issues.

Replaced the rear crankshaft oil seal and automatic transmission oil seal. I liked the attitude of the auto mechanic Vasily. I was nearby during the work, I was pleased with the detailed answers to all my questions and the work done. I recommend purchasing spare parts for the car here, quite a nice price for the originals.

bought a Honda friends hondovody tales - only ms-2! appealed there several times. permanent rudeness. two managers, one normal, the second - it is not clear why he is there, a complete undermining of his reputation. contacting this company is always stress! Dnepromotor is probably more expensive, but by the approach to customers two heads higher and I moved there. I think the potential is great, but without a super-polite appeal to customers now is impossible! ps professionalism is in great doubt, the week was not repaired what was needed, they pumped out a ton of money and no one even apologized.

At STO MS-2, I have been servicing my car (at different times, different Honda cars) for about 20 years. The service staff and service station are respected, although by chance (on business trips, on vacation, etc.), I talked with many service organizations and there is someone to compare with. STO provides warranty and non-warranty service of Honda cars, diagnostics and repair of Toyota, Lexus automobiles. The qualifications of the service station specialists are beyond doubt, for all my service in the MS-2, there has not been a single case giving reason to doubt their competence in a particular issue related to the diagnosis or repair of my car. The stock of the most liquid components in stock is maintained. The order of spare parts, if they are not available and the terms of repairs, are always carried out on time.
