It is a pity that Google does not give 0 stars. I made an appointment on 25.02 at 18.00, I arrived. As soon as I got out of the car, the pungent smell of "grass" (dada, hemp, just her) hits my nose. I thought it seemed okay. I asked the "person" who met me how much the car wash would cost, the answer was UAH 440. I think it's expensive, but okay. The "man" ran to change, I went to study the price, and lo and behold - the maximum price for a car wash is 400 UAH, class 4 car. I doubt very much that my car is STILL higher in class, and the price is not described. Although in a minute everything fell into place - the open door in the staff room and the device for using herbs on the table, the puzzle came together. The "man" could not explain why he called 440 hryvnyas, and somehow I didn't really want to trust the car to a stoned addict. As a result: if you want to visit drug addicts - they are welcome to this sink, I would advise the rest of sensible people to simply bypass this gadyushnik. P.S. I attached a photo of the device from the closet, I really hope that the owner will read it and do something.

There are no employees in the rest room, so there is no water, no tea, no coffee. Although all the equipment is present. The employee who washed the car, after a phone call freaked out, threw washcloths, cursed, he just yelled, slammed the doors of the car with a psycho. I was just scared was alone at the sink with him. I refused to give change for services, explaining this - but where will I get change? I tried to impose a bunch of other services, the answer to my refusal was rudeness. Thanks to Alexei, who arrived at the very end, reassured his employee and gave me change by personal means.

I called the sink in advance. I was assigned a time. I arrived even earlier. Discussed what I want: top, interior, trunk. They said that in an hour and a half everything would be ready. I arrived in an hour and a half. Sorry, we couldn’t wash your car. Seriously? The guys by appointment could not wash my car. Apparently time is only for healthy Lexus, the rest of the customers do not count.
