It seemed a trifle, but 2 furniture makers said that it was impossible to buy such hinges, just like replacing them with something similar. The door stood separately from my closet and the forecasts were disappointing. I went to the store, they told me there: why didn’t you come to us right away, listen less to our lamasters, we will do everything for you. At first they tried to contact the Italian factory that produced this miracle, the factory replied that the cabinet was discontinued, solve the problem yourself. The store, trying to show that they are not quite a sharashka, sent their master. The first thing their master asked was: where are your control bolts? But not them! As the installers assembled the cabinet from the store, so it stands. So, if there were these control bolts, the hinge would not burst, but the store tactfully froze from the fact that due to improper installation, my door fell off the cabinet. But they did not hesitate to calculate an estimate of 10 thousand UAH for the purchase of new hinges and remodeling the cabinet for them))) and also this miracle of them, the master lamaster removed one of my hinges that were on the broken door .. I don’t know what he tried to make it with it, maybe disassemble and understand its construction .. but when we agreed with the jeweler that we could still make a loop for the order instead of the one that broke, it turned out that the loop that the store master took for example broken too! He admitted that he removed it from the whole door, but said that he was not to blame, it was broken .. as a result, I needed to order one loop from the jeweler, and after the store’s “help”, two))) and from me but they also made a fool) first they installed a cabinet without control bolts, from which the loop burst ahead of time, then they took one of the whole loops, broke it and told me that it was) all your problems, we’re not at work) but position yourself like an elite store! Only in stores of the level to which they dream to reach are they not trying to make idiots out of customers! This is a sign of some kind of sharashka ... as if on the market I bought this furniture according to my feelings .. fu!
