In February 2019, a stronger Barsky-gb-01 was bought, I liked the chair itself very much, except that I wanted a thicker back material and that the pillow that goes separately would have bindings - it does not hold by itself, but these are trifles. The chair was in operation for almost 2 years, where a person was sitting for 10-12 hours a day and, unfortunately, the multiblock broke down, remembering that this company had a 5-year warranty in the advertisement, I decided why not contact them - and was very surprised when the manager Daria said that literally the next day a new multiblock would be delivered to me absolutely free of charge. I live in Dnipro where the company is located, the detail was brought to me by a courier right at home. When trying to repair the chair, I realized that part of the problem was also in the piston, it got so stuck in the old multiblock (which apparently broke it) that I could not separate them, with this I turned to the service again and again the next day the courier first took it an old multiblock with a piston and after half a day brought a new one, everything fit, everything works just fine. All firms would like to keep their warranty promises as given.

A good selection of chairs for all tastes. The main thing is the factory in the Dnieper. And consultants will tell you the nuances, but still won't indicate what to buy. It's nice that they don't try to enter the goods for you, but help you decide what you need. Thank.

Good day. I ordered the BM-02 chair. Delivered at lunchtime - the delivery man was looking for a chair in the parcels for a long time + there was a hole in the box (from the leg) ... At the end of the working day (around 17.30), the back holder broke. Immediately reported a breakdown (the dispatcher gave the number to call). Where I was told - there is no master and wait a week then we will replace ... It's easier to buy cheaper in JYSK ...

I was very pleased with the purchase I made from this company. Here I bought a chair for my office and have been using it for more than four months and now it is in very good condition like new. I was also pleasantly pleased with its cost and the fact that it was made with high quality.
