My doctor brought me to this clinic. When I visited the clinic, I realized that if I pay money for an appointment or a service, this does not mean that you will be received at the appointed time. I understand 10-15 minutes, the doctor can stay with the patient. But at the reception they recorded 3 ultrasounds of completely different parts of the body, which the doctor must do in 15 minutes. I had to wait 40 minutes for my turn, since the "uzist" did not invest in 15 minutes. But complete disappointment came after an appointment with a therapist, who, realizing that I was very bad, without specifying the prices and the time I had, prescribed a bunch of tests, ultrasound, and an IV drip. I promised that I would leave with the feeling that I was healthy, but in the end it did not feel better for me, the nurse could not find a vein (3 punctures were not successful), instead of 1.5 hours of a dropper for 3 hours, and no one spoke about the cost of 150 UAH per hour while I'm on the drip. At the next appointment, I came and it turned out that the administrator did not register me, the therapist was surprised that I was no better. She prescribed new medications, and the next day, when I wrote to her that I was even worse, she replied that I should seek help in an ambulance. I wrote that the ambulance refuses to come and my message weighs still not read in its Messenger. I won't go there anymore, DISAPPOINTING !!!

I am very pleased with the visit! Finally I found OWN dermatologist. Tsekova Yulia Yurievna is a mega professional, and not only in her specialty. She told me more in 30 minutes of admission than my dermatologist-cosmetologist, endocrinologist and psychologist combined. She knows a lot of modern information, both for adults and children. Yes , it seems that the reception flies by instantly, since the doctor gives a lot of knowledge about both external drugs and pills. I am ready to be treated as much as necessary, I can already see a lot from this approach. There are many patients in the clinic in the evening, but it did not bother me.

Today I have been trying to make an appointment with a doctor all day. I was only recruited 2 times. The first time I didn't hear the call. The second time - the operator did not hear me well and did not call back. I myself could not get through. I made another request for feedback - reactions 0. I signed up online - the operator did not call back after the promised hour. I won't sign up here anymore.

Previously, he was treated for more than a year by different doctors, which did not give a particularly desired result. Having started treatment under the supervision of Viktoria Vladimirovna Antibura, already in the first month a visible result appeared, which had not been seen for years. And in the second month of treatment, it became even better. Initially, I was skeptical, because the doctor is young, but when the appointment began to bear fruit, all skepticism disappeared. Recommend!
