For your quiet inaction and, as a result, assistance to illegal criminal organizations that take advantage of the presence of holes in Ukrainian legislation, I would like to put zero to your work. So, I turned to the department for help from the manager Yulia Balashova back in July with a request to issue copies of receipts of paid invoices for a statement of claim. They promised to help restore it as soon as possible. At the time of writing this review - zero feedback. It is worth noting that people with a similar problem who made a request in other branches of the bank did not have any difficulties and copies of documents were received within a week or at most a month. It is impossible to recommend this department, it is simply weaving around the complexities and requests of customers.
