I bought a cross for a gift, after about 5 months, the fixation fell away just in my hands. Claims were not presented to the store as the check was lost. Approached the store to ask where you can do it, in response gave the store administrator's number. When I called the administrator, they told me that I had to contact the watchmaker, but the watchmaker did not seem to be repairing it. As a result, I again dialed the administrator to find out whom to contact, she told me to drop the photo of the cross and she will call back. Did not call 2 weeks. Draw conclusions yourself, but I do not recommend buying jewelry there, because for such money and quality should be justified. Service niochem, I would not write for him if I just wrote that "Sorry, we can not help you," but alas their customers are not important.

The girl presented the bracelet, after 2 days I had to change it because I got married. A month later, the new bracelet was torn, although I wore it neatly (I didn't wet it, I took it off at night). Sorry 😟 I will no longer use Steel Story services.
