I want to say thank you very much for this trip. This is just a great experience and a very cool time in my life, I learned a lot, saw, met a lot and made new friends. There were both good and not so good moments, but in the end there are more good ones. In any case, I'm happy with everything. For the money, everything is good. At first I was afraid to work for the service, I thought my German was too bad, etc., but in the end I realized that it was mine, I did my job well. It was a cool summer, thanks again. Despite the crown of the crisis, this year I worked for three months in Germany, on the shores of Lake Constance in the municipality of Langenargen. Of course, there were constant questions at the stage of waiting for the answer of the employer and preparation of documents, but Mikhail suggested and helped and we were able to prepare and send all documents in time. This summer was unsurpassed: good employers, colleagues, new acquaintances, friends. Thank you Michael and Mary for this opportunity.

Feedback on the program for work in Bulgaria in the summer of 2020. In the beginning, they often communicate with you nicely, push you to participate, and talk about other programs. Then they send you a contract, WHICH YOU NEED TO READ 1000 TIMES, because there is a lot of interesting things. Looking ahead, I will say that of all the services I received only information services and the selection of a vacancy, BUT I HAVE DECIDED WHERE AND WHOM I WANT TO WORK, so what kind of selection was there is worth thinking about ... but it was not too difficult and costly. You sign the contract and must pay the 1st payment. Why am I talking about having to think 100 more times before signing? In fact, what this agency is doing is sending documents back and forth, they DO NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING, but they will demand and demand from you. The first payment was paid back in February, before the quarantine. Then, after 3 months of waiting, they wrote to me that it was still valid, I can prepare and expect to EXACTLY go. But when ?? There was no answer. Then they send an employment contract, in which there was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT WAGE, WHICH WAS BELOW WHAT THEY SAID IN THE BEGINNING, AND OTHER WORKING CONDITIONS. They explained this by the fact that now quarantine is difficult for everyone, everyone is trying to somehow get out, and that this is the minimum salary that I can have. They said that I could work overtime, BUT BY ACCOUNT I WOULD NOT RECEIVE THAT ORIGINAL AMOUNT, EVEN WORKING 6 DAYS A WEEK AT 8 HOURS A DAY. They said to pay the 2nd payment, well, then let's go! FULL confirmation on their part. I paid and .... there was calm again. By the way, the date of work was also changed almost every day. Now I want to draw your attention to the fact that I did not really like the communication with these agencies, because they can answer in a day, two, or even more. You will have to ALWAYS be reminded, and even if you get an answer, it may not be complete. Such is the complete lack of professionalism !!! And in July, when I had to go! I received a reply about the CANCELING OF THE PROGRAM. This is the final decision on the Bulgarian side. I did not get a job, there were no transportation costs, there was no policy, there was no testing, there was no information support for the period of my stay in Bulgaria. During all this time, I received only documents and correspondence in the Telegram. I was told that the quarantine had made its own adjustments, many of their counterparties agreed with the global force majeure and stopped their work without returning any funds. And according to our agreement, they have already completed all their work, because it is reasons beyond their control that have led to a world quarantine. But they offered to transfer all the money without loss to any other program, or return the second part under the contract (a small exception). What does it mean "BY OUR CONTRACT WE HAVE ALREADY PERFORMED ALL OUR WORK"? Why did you have to be tempted to pay the second payment if you didn’t know for sure if we could leave or not? Moreover, on July 21 in their Telegram channel a record of a vacancy in Bulgaria appears, but HOW CAN YOU OFFER SOMETHING TO PEOPLE WHEN YOU CANCELED ALL THE PROGRAMS? WHEN CAN YOU SAY AGAIN THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE CANCELED? Then they were also invited to work in France, when already the 4th day there was an anti-record for coronavirus! My opinion, they again wanted to rip off the money and say bye-bye. Judge for yourself, why would anyone pay 180 euros in August for a summer program to Bulgaria to earn 300 euros? 120 euros of "profit"? Are they bullying? And they themselves could not even say when this program will end them! They did not announce their fiasco in their social networks, but why? They showed only isolated cases of how students flew to Germany and France, but did not tell how they refused to return the entire amount spent on their program! They didn't tell you that your salary could be less! These students are very lucky not to be cheated as much as me! You and your office are not even worthy of one star! As Maria wrote on her Instagram account, "The client is always right ... If he is wrong, this is not our client" (@_radoven) It was necessary to listen to her and not associate with these unorganized and unprofessional people!

By agreeing to the services of this office, I only lost time and money. I strongly advise against it.
