The most pleasant staff in Poltava. Good atmosphere even if you only waiting for your delicious. I usually takeaway coffee and once a week milled beans for home. Good job.

A pleasant and quite cozy place to sit alone or in a small company of 3-5 people (if you have time to take a table 🙂). My friends and I liked it. Nice staff: we two times got to replace a young girl - she's just great! The coffee is good!

The institution has been operating for about two years. Unfortunately, apparently, the quality of service has noticeably decreased during this time. I came for the first time and "hit" a trainee girl who made a drink of the wrong size. Apologies, of course, accepted, but for that -1 star. She took off the second one for dirty dishes. Seriously?!! Running water, all conditions, and guests are served glass glasses and saucers with cloudy streaks and streaks? Sorry, but this is not acceptable. The smiles of the staff and the endless apologies were, of course, meant to save the day, but I'm not sure I'll be back. P.S. Three stars for the atmosphere, the helpfulness of the staff and the value for money.

I liked it very much. Good coffee made with soul. The prices are affordable. Cozy atmosphere. Recommend.
