When choosing a store, I always pay attention to google reviews, so I will share my own. I ordered a bed, I was extremely dissatisfied. 1) the consultant could not find the bed according to the criteria, but I myself found it in the catalog 2) issued a payment receipt with one price, and after a while I was informed that the bed was more expensive. I decided to place an order anyway. But I was not given a check with a new price even in the form of a photo, but simply wrote a text message in Viber. (Although it was in the best interest of the store, I could have paid with my check and was absolutely right). The girl did not even know about the prices for components (drawers), she indicated 2 times cheaper🤔 3) the promised lead time was 2 weeks, but in fact: more than 5 weeks ... 4) there was an unpleasant surprise even at the stage of assembling the finished bed! We agreed for one day and time, but the assembly was only the next day 5) in the end, the saddest thing was that with the declared solid wood, the bed was made of spliced ​​solid wood. [these are slabs and boards that were obtained by splicing (gluing) a canvas from smaller pieces of natural wood.] With such consultants, it is better to order online directly from the supplier! 😡

I bought a bed and a mattress for shares in this store. Everything was at the highest level, consultants helped with the choice of a mattress. It’s good that there is an opportunity to lie on the mattress and try it right there, I tried almost everything :) and chose the ideal one for myself. Recommend.
