You cannot make an appointment with a doctor by phone! In all hospitals in the city you can make an appointment with a doctor, this one isn’t .. In the Registry, they are forced to come in at 7:30 in the morning to make an appointment, to wait in line ... Although in the same hospital General Department, you can make an appointment by phone. They don’t want to work at all

A terrible situation happened in this clinic with my mom !!! She came just to conclude a declaration with a family doctor, but in the end she was offended by her, received a refusal and increased pressure. And that’s all for five minutes in the office. Mentally unbalanced man in a white coat O.V. KULICHENKO, who shouted so much that the children in the corridor burst into tears. And all because my mother did not come at the right time for her, although she was sent to her through the registry. As a result, through the chief physician, we achieved proceedings in this situation. Having learned that our complaint to this person is not the first, they are not going to conclude a contract with her again in the future. But, nevertheless, I would like to warn you, go around this person on the tenth road, if health is expensive for you at all and you do not want to risk it.

Queues The electronic queue does not work in any way. A trip to the hospital takes all day, and it’s not a fact that you will be in time. Ordinary hard workers, doctors are not to blame for this. The system in the country is broken and no one seems to care about its normal operation.
