About the house on the street. Knyaziv Koriatovychiv, 3: Former apartment building for bank employees. Next to the building of the former State Bank is a residential building for bank employees, built at the same time as the bank. In 1968, after significant internal reconstruction, the house was adapted for the city library. 2016 in the framework of decommunization of the former library. Volodymyr Zatonsky was named after Kostya Solukha (1861-1922), a Ukrainian public and cultural figure and philanthropist in Eastern Podillya, a doctor by profession, the first head of Podilska Prosvita, and one of the founders of the University of Kamianets-Podilskyi.
