When I came to the laboratory to take the test, I was refused because I have no referral! I explain that I am not local, and I need to take the test now (at the request of the doctor, at the place of residence). Under certain circumstances, I can't go to my place of residence right now and get a referral from a doctor, or better yet, get tested there! This is all nonsense! I come to a PRIVATE laboratory, for tests I do tests! And I can't pass !!!!

In general, everything is fine. Friendly staff, quick analysis and quick results, but the queues are endless.

The laboratory is friendly to children. It would seem - a trifle: a balloon on a stick and a sticker on his hand with animals. And how soothing it is for children after taking tests! The service is nice, there were no long queues.

Good laboratory! Unfortunately I visit a couple of times a year! Prices are not free, but you have the guarantee that yours and everything is right. Not so, in a city hospital, they simply do not even reproduce and write badly all the good (not empty words and I have proofs). 5+ staff why 4? Because there is a place to grow. And I would like all the same to drop the price a little.

The queues are really big, you come at 7 am and it's already 6 am. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high. You pay money, but still have to wait. In the manipulation room everything is sterile and opens with you, the nurses are very friendly.
