I ordered two mirrors, one came normal, if you do not take into account the mount that is not hidden, it is visible when you hang the mirror on the wall, this is not a minus.In January I ordered one more round in a white frame 60 * 60, when I brought it home, I was shocked the mirror distorts and enlarges at times! Quality goods! Nobody checks it before sending it! I do not advise if you want problems I do not advise !!!!

Today I received an order and am deeply disappointed !!! Instead of the oak-wenge color, the desk came white, but it doesn't matter, there is no instruction, there is no back plywood and there is no plywood for the boxes !!! Another mirror came with a deep factory scratch. I used to order a lot of things in Idea, but now I will not recommend this site to anyone. I hope the manufacturer will contact us and explain their inadequate service and send the missing details. ((

Accessories (bars, hooks, screws) were not added to the hanger set, I think this is a human factor. But... However, the price / quality is up to par.

We ordered a TV stand. A damaged product arrived, broken edges, the site indicates that there is a guarantee, exchange and return! But nobody has changed anything for us! This is the attitude towards customers.

I really like the furniture from them, I order the third time, everything was fine, until the last order. Firstly, after I made an order, no one called me to confirm it, the next day I called myself. Secondly, the complete set did not come, I ordered two mirrors, one lacks bolts, the second wooden cylinders (unfortunately I don’t know what they are called) is very unpleasant, both mirrors are wobbling and very unstable, I am discouraged
