Orders waited for six months, but never waited! We were refunded, as the goods were made of improper quality!

I have been buying there for a long time. Basically, this is furniture. Several floors are occupied by furniture. There are very good discounts and promotions. The choice is very wide. Having entered recently, 10/25/2020 I saw that the first floor changed the assortment. Gone is the large section where the original rattan furniture was displayed. I bought a very beautiful table there, and other interesting things. The department disappeared, but another appeared, where they sell underwear. What is the relation to furniture? The assortment has somewhat narrowed down, a lot of the same type of things.

Terrible service, we ordered a closet 2 months, we just waited for it and we still wait for the facades on the shelves, and that’s 2.5 months, and it’s not clear how much more we will wait. Every day they are fed with promises. We also wanted to order a kitchen, but I'm sorry after this I have to refuse .. the service personnel do not know their work. The man who took the shelves went to us all day .. at the same time agreed, but arrived at night .... already a week has passed, we are still waiting for these shelves .. it feels like no one wants to work .. they ignore and do not answer calls
