Hot water was only at night, during daytime it was all cold. The air-conditioner was seemingly wrecked and not working, and its remote control was not available. I was shy to ask whether I should pay for it... So to make it cool inside I had to open the window... Geez, baggage wagons were passing by right across the window incessantly all day and all night with an interval of 3-5 minutes, as they were running off the highway to the nearby TIR parking! Dreadful. Food was good, and the restaurant worked round the clock

Great service, go to meet the customer! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice showers !! The interior is thoughtful and special. The food is delicious and nutritious, in the best Ukrainian traditions

Weddings were celebrated here. To say that the attitude of the staff is nothing to say, only the director of the institution is able to behave normally with customers ... They promise one thing, but in fact, until we started to insist on our own in a rougher form, the promises are not fulfilled ... We were told that the curtains will be hung from other floors on all white, they said that there is air conditioning, which they bring to the hall in summer , and they had numbering on the tables, just before the wedding day came ... And what picture did we see ?! The curtains were simply changed (half white, half green), when we started to find out what was going on, we were told that there were no more such whites ..., I think it's because it was just too lazy to hang them, because as one administrator said: "Well, no matter how the hostess promised you, we would not agree to hang them", what ??? What kind of relationship is this? But you didn't want to do it until we forced you to! Surprisingly, the next day, after our "kipish" they found exactly the same curtains! On the wedding day, when I asked them to take out their air conditioner, because there was nothing to breathe, I learned from another administrator that these are ordinary fans ... For the numbers on the tables, I was assured that they did not tell us that they were once in them, although I asked several times before .. Rooms of average quality, but at their own expense more or less ... Continuation of the staff relationship, you can read in the comments below ..

The soundproofing is terrible, you can hear how they are being relieved in the next room, the furniture is cheap, the room was cramped, the water in the shower was barely warm, I didn't like dinner. For a room for 2 adults and a child of 13 years old paid 750 UAH. really not worth the money. The only plus was that the heating was on.
