Official representative of Kyivstar. Several times it was: replacing the sim card, buying a starter pack. And there was always a queue. We had to wait 15 minutes, and it was a little annoying.

Quickly restored the sim card, but there was sarcasm due to the fact that the phone was not bought from them (when she said it was a gift then they calmed down) and generally a good store.
