The service wants to be better. Resisting the queue to the window where the parcels are issued, redirected to 5 windows. And in the queue there should be at least half an hour to stand. It's on a weekday at 11.30. When you don't get the parcel, you're not always on time. They have not yet unpacked, they are already busy with correspondence, then it is not necessary at that hour to come. Not at all interested in clients.
