Lived in the manor for a week in January. The road from Kyiv-Kharkiv to the turn to the village is new, in the village the road is only partially asphalted. There is one store, its range should not be expected, at least in winter. If necessary, products can be bought from the owners of the estate. In winter, there is almost no one in the village, a lot of devastation, not cleaned areas, but there are houses. At the same time there are places for rest in the forest (arbors, benches), near the river (benches, a boat), in the village there is a swing. Regarding the estate itself. The yard is clean, nothing extra, there is a recreation area with barbecue and volleyball court (if we understood correctly). The perimeter is fenced, but a small animal can crawl there. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. There is a stove and convectors, boiler, shower and toilet, the minimum necessary set of dishes, microwave and induction hob, kettle, bed linen and towels, internet. Pretty neat, cute, with good energy. Of course there is always something to improve. Door to the toilet with large cracks, not to the floor, in the absence of other doors in the house it is quite uncomfortable. There is not enough lighting above the sink in the kitchen. The surface with cast iron stoves in the oven needs minor repairs, there are cracks through which a little smoke enters the room. In winter there is nothing to do in the village, only to warm up on the stove). It should be good there in summer. Forest, mushrooms, river, just in the yard you can relax. The owner is very friendly, always in touch. The estate makes a good impression. We wish the Elder Manor further development and good guests :)

We lived in this amazing house for 2 weeks. Wonderful rest, incredible nature - for the inhabitants of the metropolis it's just paradise. For a child happiness - all day on the street, trampoline bikes, river. Fresh homemade products - milk, vegetables straight from the garden, fresh air. We rested and recovered.
