I want to warn everyone NOT to call the installer recommended by the Atlantis-Trade store to my home. And I don't recommend the store itself. A very elderly grandfather will come to you, who will be busy with the installation for a very long time. On the one hand, I feel sorry for the person - it is clear that this is a burden for him, on the other hand, this work is well designed for two healthy men. The problem is that throughout the day you will be actively assisting the master. Every half hour you will be pulled to hold something, help with something and somehow participate in the installation process. From this "service" I saw the light. The task was to remove the old cabin and put a new one (into which the steam generator is additionally cut into). You pay for dismantling the old booth separately - this is logical. Only now you will be pulling her out of the bathroom together with your grandfather. I don’t know how the process would have gone if there were only a woman in the house who was not able to carry weights and assist the “master”. I understand that installing a booth is not an easy process. He took 11 (!) Hours for his grandpa, during which he got it out with his frequent cries that he needed to be helped. I will repeat once again, but this is a job for two strong men, not for one grandpa. The funniest thing was at the end, when instead of the agreed UAH 2000 for the installation, the amount increased to UAH 3000. It turned out that fittings, hoses and other heresies were additionally installed, which came with the booth, but did not really fit. I asked in the store how much the installation would cost. The price was announced to me in 2000 UAH. Grandpa confirmed it before work. But at the end he took out a calculator and counted it from above for additional materials. And that is not all. It was a surprise for the "master" how the new booth was connected to the network. He was surprised to show me the power cords to the outlet (one from the booth, the second from the steam generator). The old booth was directly connected with a power cable (no socket). You cannot connect a new booth in the same way as the old one. As a result, the "master" said that we just need to connect a good socket (25 amperes) with two plugs to the power cable and the booth will work. And he doesn't do it. As a result, after the arrival of the installer, the booth is assembled, the water flows, but the electrician does not work. There are two plugs hanging in the outlet and you need to call another master to connect it all. There is water, no electricians. The next day we called the Atlantis-Trade store and expressed our complaint about the installation of the booth, after which it remained essentially unconnected. They answered us in an impolite form that sockets are our problem and this does not concern them. But in the warranty card it said that if the connection is incorrect, the device is removed from the warranty. They came up with a cool idea - you call the installer who does not connect everything to the end. In the meantime, the store disclaims responsibility, and you do what you want. I highly recommend neither the master nor the shop. The polite attitude was only BEFORE the purchase, after the money was paid - the attitude and conversation were boorish. Despite the fact that the device is not cheap and money was paid separately for the installation.

We ordered a toilet bowl with installation, a bathtub, a siphon, a panel, a support and a fixture for a bathtub. Everything was in stock. We made a very good discount on each unit of goods. I paid the full amount to the card (my decision). Everything was quickly sent by new mail. All goods came in value and safety. Thank you very much. We had a small spare parts order. We have been using this hansgrohe plumbing for 12 years, but now only the question of replacing some elements has arisen. Orders were delivered on time and did not take money for delivery, although according to the rules they would have. Thank you!

Horrible service. We ordered a hydrobox with delivery via new mail. When ordering, it was agreed that delivery together with cash on delivery will cost 500 UAH and is carried out at the address, but it was sent to the office (and even the farthest from the house), plus it cost 680 UAH. Now you have to go to the post office, pay for delivery to your home. Why it was impossible to warn about this in advance I do not know! The employee on the phone is now lying that we agreed that way. I will not order anything else, the attitude towards customers is disgusting.

I went a lot of plumbing shops to choose a suitable mixer in the bathtub in terms of height and ease of adjustment. He stopped at the Hangrohe Focus. I bought it in the Atlantis-Trade online store, because the price is much lower than the salons. Managers are polite, delivery on time.
