There are several unpleasant nuances that were noticed after a detailed study of the kitchen. As an example, the most serious defect is that a place for the gas vent was not cut out and it was simply left half-open (when the gas meter would have to be changed, in fact, the gas cannot be completely shut off), they tried to call, add a whole day to his number - he reads messages and does not answer ( By the way, it happens often on the network), but simply does not pick up the phone. The impression was that this person was one of those "set, and forget about me." But we have not yet waited for the stone countertops, which have been made for more than the agreed time - 2 months.

We went around many salons and, in principle, they all offer the same thing for radically different prices, here we found, as it seemed to us, the most adequate offer, without much thought, made a deposit and began to wait for the kitchen, by the appointed day they brought out the old one, made repairs, and all the kitchens no and no, as a result, let's find out where the promised kitchen is - Alexander Kolobov has a million excuses, but they are not to blame for any of them "the plant is delaying", "the workers are very busy", "a million orders". As a result, as they explained to us later, the Kolobovs are up to their ears in debt and pay new customers with money to factories, for old orders and until a new customer appears - listen to excuses, some are waiting for 3 months. And the kitchen, according to the INDIVIDUAL project, turned out to be an ordinary factory template kitchen, according to the price list, individual according to the words of other furniture makers. The kitchen was sewn for two months (in total, it turned out to be 2 months instead of one under the contract)! Thank you, Lord, even though the collectors were handy, otherwise it’s not a fact that our kitchen would have gathered in principle, we sweated for two days until late at night, so that a dinosaur would not turn out, because Kolobov himself measured the dimensions for a tyap and put the bolt on that where in general the hood comes out, so I had to gouge a pipe for the hood through 4 boxes. They forgot to bring a third of the boxes altogether, they forgot to order one more detail from the factory, in principle, but as I wrote earlier, the factory was accused, the main rule of the Kolobovs is that Kolobov is never to blame. There were problems with the hood, since, according to Kolobov's convictions, we only needed to fully install the model, which are half the price of telescopic ones and two times less effective, but then it turned out, according to the assemblers, that it would be even easier to install a telescopic hood, because Kolobov, instead of a cabinet for the hood, I sent the usual one and the straps to which to hook a full-built hood simply did not appear. When asked for the size of the built-in equipment, in order to choose the best used options, Monsieur Kolobov suggested choosing Ventolux "cheaper than on the Internet" from partners, but after the refusal the sizes had to be pulled out with tongs, of course, there would be no rollback from our technique I absolutely do not recommend this office, do not try to give the rest of the money before the work is completed, because then your problems are your problems and from a customer you turn into a beggar with a contract in your hands, which is not worth the paper and ink, which is written. In general, look better for small production facilities, where a person is personally responsible for all stages and values ​​his reputation!

I ordered a sliding wardrobe here, according to the deadlines, they said 30 working days, they made it and brought it in 16 days. The installer, Sergey, is very polite; he performed his work very well and efficiently. Thanks also to the managers, work well. I will advise you, thanks again.
