Terrible service. Never work with them. They do not have their own goods, they are ordinary dealers in warehouses of building materials. I had an order for only 3 bags of putty (which turned out to be something very rare and neither in the Epicenter nor in Leroy Merlin it was not, but on this site CUB was). As a result, I first waited for 2 hours until the order is reserved, then waited for the address where to pick it up. In the end, when they came to the warehouse to pick up, the warehouse said that they did not have such putty. Just half a day under the cat's tail. P.S. In the application, just a screen of how many orders were placed on the CUB website (2 HOURS!) And this is 3 bags of putty!

And I was ready to take building materials further, but I will never do this again and DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE! The first two times were fine. They brought everything that I ordered and there were no problems. And now the last delivery, instead of the profile for the drywall 0.55 thickness that I ordered from them earlier, they brought me 0.48, having previously torn off all the stickers except one to give out for 0.55. To my call, manager Svetlana explained everything simply, that profile is not there and she just forgot to warn me.)) Ok, when I asked about the price reduction, I got a discount ... at 10 (ten) hryvnias 😆😆😆, ten Karl! This is from an amount of more than 5 000 UAH. 😂😂😂 That's not all. In this whole turmoil, I gave the driver an amount of 500 UAH. more. I drove very quickly and left. When I caught on and called the manager back, the driver froze, like I didn’t give him extra money and the representative of the construction site Kub assured me that their driver was the most honest and crystal-clear person. I’m not getting poorer with this money; I’ve taken it - it won’t get rich. Unpleasant from the double deception of this company. Conclusion: In my opinion, the construction site of the Cube is not honest and not decent, because cheated with profiles. Delivery driver - thief! And yet, for some reason, managers insist on forming an order NOT THROUGH THE SITE, they probably drive the leftist without registration, and it’s easier to avoid taxes. 😉

I made a small urgent order on Saturday, I needed a birch broom, I found it on the site of this construction base. She placed an order, they called me back an hour later and convincingly claimed that the broom would be at 9:00 in the warehouse on the fields and I could pick it up there. I was on the spot, trying to reach the manager on the phone number indicated on the website, since there was no warehouse at the address. I called back in half an hour and it turned out that the order, firstly, is not yet in stock, and secondly, the warehouse is at a slightly different address. After 10 minutes, they called me again and reported a "mistake", the manager designed another unit for my order - a plastic analogue of the desired product! I understand that my example seems frivolous, but if I had a large order, I hope for speed, and you have such negligence towards your customers! You just lose confidence and orders. Change employees!
