Good day. Quite a long time ago we have acquired the brand in this salon. Recently bought a sofa in this salon, although there were alternatives for the price. And unexpectedly for us we encountered a problem and were left face to face with it! The sofa was bought specifically with removable covers, since the main requirement is the ability to clean. (And not sewing all kinds of covers). One section got dirty with us, and after washing we got a pink color instead of white. Sinned due to pollution. Have ordered a new one. After a couple of months, we decided to wash all the covers, as they say, to refresh. But got a big problem. All covers except the replaced one - BECAME PINK !!! They started to understand, and saw that the lining - blue everywhere, except for the replaced - there is white. They came to the salon, with a HUGE REQUEST - to replace us with “defective”, in our understanding, covers. We were roughly denied, indicating that we were “distant” and were doing something wrong. Care instructions, if a special vehicle is required - we were not provided either with the purchase or in the cabin when they contacted (the manager assured that the covers are removable and WASHABLE !!!). THERE IS A GREAT HOPE that the higher management will still replace us with factory defects. Despite the long cooperation with this salon, they are VERY DISAPPOINTED, and most likely we will not turn around anymore and most likely we will not recommend it.

So, not a single company was still scaring nerves! We paid according to requests, a week later, as the sofa should already be in the living room sent that you need to write a power of attorney for the shipment of goods! That is, additional headaches pop up that the company came up with! And after the address delivery should be according to the documents, an invoice arrives — where it stands — what they sent to the delivery department! You are there at all .... - I have to open and inspect a warehouse for 35 thousand in a warehouse - in which there is dirt and open gates to the street - in the cold weather?

Space prices, quality as elsewhere ...

I made an order at the end of December, (FOP Ryzhenko NN) They promised to fulfill it within a month and a half. Prepayment was 100%. When placing an order, they received only a receipt for payment, and an agreement on the provision of services was not drawn up. 2.5 months have passed - NOTHING !!! The store manager could not clearly explain the reason for the failure to fulfill the order on time. I demanded a refund and was offered a replacement. My wife and I came to look at what we were offered. The goods turned out to be defective - they were looking for someone to palm off. The money was returned only the next day with a scandal. I DO NOT STRONGLY RECOMMEND !!!
