As a result, I refused to install window valves and tried to return these valves, while returning my UAH 1,500 previously included in the loan amount. Despite the fact that 14 days have not passed since the delivery of the valves, provided by law for the return of goods, Dmitry flatly refused to accept the valves and refund UAH 1,500. He began to play around, to count in his favor with one option, then another. In the end, I did not return anything. Dmitry ordered one of the window sills by 90 cm shorter than the length of the window on the loggia. Although the size should have been equal to the length of the window 2.9 m. The window sill promised to replace, but the replacement was constantly postponed until tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. As a result, the sill was replaced a month after installation.
