I ordered an umbrella on the website. We offered a choice of several methods of delivery and payment. I chose cash on delivery via Ukrposhta, as the company is little-known. Then the manager promised to send the goods and disappeared for a week. The number on the site did not answer. And then suddenly they call me and ask when I will pay for the order. It turns out that even if I order by cash on delivery, I have to drop some amount on my card. To the clear question of whether they would send the goods by the usual cash on delivery, the manager at the beginning avoided a direct answer for a long time, and then got naughty and hung up. I advise you to be extremely careful. Never send money to a card, especially when ordering cash on delivery. This is contrary to basic online shopping safety rules.
