I drove 06/28. 2016 It's just awful!!! Immediately advice, use another company. And there are 2 phone numbers on which the ticket price is significantly different. The price for 1 in / 180 UAH, and for 2 in / 220 UAH. The question is why such a difference of 40 UAH. For what??? The driver Moskvichev Mikhail is trying in various ways to take an additional 50-70 UAH for hand luggage. Having called this company asking for the head's phone number, the dispatcher refused. And I didn’t react to my comments! Question: why do you work, for which client, for which price audience is your route designed and the meaning of your work ?! I wanted to use and conclude an agreement with you on the transportation of passengers on your routes, but now I understand that for you this is not the level of work on clients. It is unfortunate that the manager is not able to pay attention to the most important customers. It is evident that you are working not for the future, but for the crisis and the closure of the company. But it is your choice. You lost min 20 people of weekly passenger transportation. I do not recommend using this company !!!
