I am very pleased with the hairdresser (I don’t know the name, unfortunately, she’s black, has a short haircut), went to cut the ends, pleasant companion, the master does his job well😊

I am very disappointed with this salon and do not advise anyone else to go. Be careful when receiving services. They count something without even agreeing. Was recorded on a pedicure coated ordinary varnish. During the procedure I didn’t say a word, did a regular pedicure, smeared my feet with a scrub, made a coating, for which I paid as a gel polish for a pedicure, to the question why - well, we used a cuticle remover (Attention! It is not included in the price of the pedicure! !!) and a scrub, and this was additionally not agreed upon and not voiced, they included me in the price, although the day before my mom was pedicured by another master with gel polish and she paid less than I did. And the remover was not included additionally. To which my master said - oh, I don’t know what my successor is doing there. Be careful!!! Specify the cost in advance and ask that additional services be voiced before doing them.

I hope my comment will be useful to someone. I visited the Eden salon not for one procedure, so to speak I looked almost all Beautician Svetlana - a master of affairs, a pleasant person, she cleaned her skin perfectly 👍🏻 her face was grateful, without stains, wounds and reddenings, except that on the first day there was a slight girlish blush 😊 thanks! Pedicure (unfortunately I do not know the name) is an interesting interlocutor, but most importantly a master with many years of experience! She was careful with her legs, everything was put in order, she brought beauty! Thank! Natalya, a hairdresser, is no longer able to find such a responsible employee I had a difficult coloring and haircut when I sat in the chair - she already understood that we would not have time to close ... but this did not stop her to do everything perfectly, she could certainly say that we would not do everything, and try to transfer what then the next day (which would not be possible, I arrived for a limited time in Cherkasy). She could, like many, do everything in a hurry to get home quickly, but no! I am very pleased with the result! What else is good in Natasha, she will not do that to you - which you will regret later, I think that this is very correct. Thank you very much! Administrator Lilya, thank you too for your patience, a very nice and pleasant person! I advise the manager to cherish his employees and encourage them, they are experts in their work and responsible people!
