During the dry cleaning of the down jacket of good quality (dry cleaning was performed twice, because the first time the task was not coped with) the filler of the product was COMPLETELY damaged. Initially, the contractor said he would rectify the situation. But after some time, learning the cost of replacing the filler, he began to lie and refuse to redo the damaged down jacket. This attitude towards customers is unacceptable and we will file a lawsuit against you in court if you do not want to resolve this issue. We are still waiting for an answer.

The fast dry cleaner, in my opinion, is the only one in the city, I can be wrong .. Guys are monopolists, the price tag is off the charts. At times it seems that the population has an average salary of UAH 50,000. But no - it is not! Some monopolists just don't want to see reality. To hand over the thing for cleaning, the last time I still had to try to convince them to take ... how! But after the announced price for their service, I changed my mind. You can wash yourself and 410 UAH. save, nothing special. I decided everything for myself. And so, everyone's personal business.

We have been using Ukrainian dry cleaners for many years in a row! There are no complaints, so I recommend 👍👌🏼

After reading all these reviews, I was afraid. I have never used such services. He brought a jacket. They took in my opinion 200 UAH. I signed a document that I have no claims immediately through a carbon copy. They promised to do 3-4 days. Surprisingly, everything was clean, odorless and nothing was torn. They gave a cover and took it home.

Go around the tenth road to this office! Cloak destroyed (completely changed color). Repeatedly called to them, but in response: "There is no leadership, they left, they left ..... and we do not decide anything." Asked to transfer my phone number, without result. I didn’t take the cloak (it makes no sense), I left it before asking them. No one is calling and judging from everything and will not call. Classic shovel office. I am collecting documents and will appeal to protect consumer rights, since there is time and nathnennya. I do not recommend anyone !!!
