To date, I have been a sowing client, as I walk in this area with my child and mother almost every day. I usually take 2 large cappuccinos, and always something different, some cookies or candy, for myself and my mom. This cafe is served by 2 girls, in shifts. One of them is always more friendly than I thought, because I am a frequent customer. Lately, this worker has been confused in my order (although I invariably take 2 big cappuccinos), and sometimes made one big and one ordinary. I was sorry to force her to rework, because as I understand it, it would be at her expense, so I kept quiet. I will note that I usually pay by card and tend to be careless with the account. And not today. This afternoon, November 25, the same girl "made a mistake" again, making one regular and one double cappuccino instead of two double ones, as I ordered. The price of a large cappuccino in Arabica there is 44 hryvnias. I took 4 more orange truffles for 15 hryvnias today. I paid only 148 hryvnias, and when I left, I started counting in my head, because something was wrong. I returned because it became clear that I had been calculated: an ordinary cappuccino for the price of a large one. The girl agreed with her mistake, said she could not return the difference, because the calculation was a card. Instead, she offered to make me another big cappuccino. I refused, I didn't want to, my mood was spoiled. Everything was clear on her face. Apparently she did this to me more than once, distracting with a good attitude. Dear administration, please pay attention to this employee, you have a good cafe, but this situation is a shame. Customers of the cafe, be careful and list everything !!!

I am very glad that in the area where I live there is an opportunity to run for a delicious coffee 👍 almost the only such institution in the whole neighborhood

The coffee is delicious, the service is bad, I made an order for 2 large cappuccinoes and one lat, at the checkout asked where which coffee was, to which the seller replied, it was all prepared according to the same recipe ☹️ and began to take an order from another customer 👎🏼

The most delicious date salted caramel in town. I only go there specifically for him. And it’s a pity sometimes that he’s not there :( But more often there is. And this is VERY tasty!
