Previously, the service at the pharmacy was superb! There was a discount for regular customers, it was very convenient. Now the discount has been canceled, drugs on the Internet cost the same price, you come to buy, and they are much more expensive, so the new system of discounts by phone number does not work .... It sucks in short .... the level of service has dropped. It's sad !!!

Came at night, the child urgently needed to bring down the temperature. I waited for 5 minutes until at least someone responded. I am generally silent about the qualifications of the seller. Not knowing what a suppository is is half the battle. But when he does not know what dosage is needed for a small child - it's quite deplorable. Paracetamol was administered at a dose for adult children, although I clearly stated the child's age. When I read the insert at home, I learned that the trip and purchase were in vain, and that the seller's honest word "this is what you need" can not be hoped for

I stood near the 24-hour pharmacy for 20 minutes, pressed a button, no one came out to me. I had to buy heart medicine for my girl, it was at 5.40 am on 02.04.2020. When I was already at home, we called there for 15 minutes, after which the guy picked up the phone. When asked "why don't you work during working hours?", He answered "everything worked, he was standing at the workplace, and none of the customers were there", although I pressed the button for 20 minutes as I stood there. Lying is a lie, this person's irresponsibility is simply outrageous, because other people's health depends on him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
