Обращались в клинику несколько раз и были относительно довольны. Но последняя ситуация перевернула отношение к клинике и ее специалистам. Записала маму к офтальмологу и на сдачу бакпосева с глаза, предварительно узнав, что стоимость бакпосева будет 305грн(один глаз), в итоге оказалось, что их офтальмолог еще вписала забор материала, который стоит 190грн(один глаз). Также еще выписала сдать анализ на демодекоз, стоимость даного анализа 140грн, но конечно же еще забор материала в стоимость 170грн(это также один глаз) В итоге сумма получилась 1610грн за анализы. "Медея" Вы серьезно? Это вообще нормально? Даже если у вас такие цены говорите полную стоимость анализа, если у вас спрашивают, вместо 305 грн - заплатить 500 за бакпосев есть разница или нет? Но что же насчет анализа, который должны высевать минимум 5 дней, нам его сделали за 3дня, на какие бактерии высевали не показали, нашли "типа" одну бактерию и то в маленьком кол-ве. Врач офтальмолог Бабий, должна была перезвонить сказать результаты анализов, в итоге к ней сами звонили, анализы еле выпросили, чтобы сбросили девочки с регистратуры. Также врач лечение нормальное не выписала, у мамы глаза красные как и были, а врач говорит у вас анализы хорошие делайте массаж. Не рекомендую данную кликинику и лабораторию, будьте внимательны. Очень разочарованы.

I made an appointment with a gynecologist. There are no complaints about the work of a doctor. There are complaints about the service. The first visit was on Monday 25.01.21. Having received a conclusion from a doctor (2nd floor), I went down to the reception, and it turned out that the conclusion was not my name and date of birth. From the reception they sent me back to the doctor (again on the 2nd floor) to fix it, it didn't work out, because an error in the system went back to the reception. Hence the question # 1: why there is no single system in computers and the client has to walk on floors with pieces of paper? Question # 2: Given system failures, what is the likelihood that I will receive a result NOT of my tests? This was followed by an appointment for a second visit to the doctor. It turned out that the next time the doctor takes it as much on Saturday and the discount for the second visit is no longer valid, hence the question # 3: why it is impossible to draw up a schedule of doctors' appointments taking into account the system of discounts for repeated visits? And yet I made an appointment for a second consultation to receive the test results for today (01/30/21). On Monday, when I asked when the results were ready, I was told that in a few days. Arriving at the clinic, paid for a visit to the doctor and went to the second floor. And then the doctor asked me to go downstairs to the reception and find out if there are test results !!!!!! Question # 4: have you heard about the existence of internal telephones ???? I have already asked about the internal system ... apparently, sending patients in this clinic is a separate type of therapy ... Oddly enough, but the test results were NOT ready !!! FROM MONDAY ... Question # 5: why can't the laboratory give a clear time frame for the results? As a result, they returned my money for visiting a doctor (this is the only plus in this whole story). Of course, it's not worth talking about the time and money spent on the trip, but .... question # 6: is it really so difficult to notify the patient that there are no results and to reschedule the record? Conclusion: you didn't care ...

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Doctors of the Medea Clinic, namely Gutsalo Elena Vladimirovna, who promptly responded and referred to the family doctor and Kutsa Anna Nikolaevna. The doctor contacted us, despite the day off, and helped resolve the issue of the health of relatives. Awful place. !!! We sat without queues for 2 hours at the traumatologist, because everything is like sleepy flies and nobody is interested in anything .. only the cleaning lady does the job in good faith

Excellent clinic with reasonable prices. I checked my child. Everything is clean, the staff and doctors are pleasant and helpful. They are very surprising, especially if you are used to the state. clinics;)
