Were unpleasantly surprised by a number of situations in the clinic. First, why can't I pay for services with a card? In addition to the vaccine for which you pay UAH 1,750, a commission of UAH 70 was added for the transfer of funds to the card. The next disappointment is that after you pay for the vaccine, it is handed to you and sent to another department for a quarter. That is, after the pediatrician's examination, the baby had to be dressed and undressed again. Of course, the child got upset and started screaming, to which a woman with very shaky nerves showed me: "Mom, your child is screaming from hunger." I think that such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. There are no prices on the site, and when you ask by phone, they know nothing and say "find out from the doctor." My doctor and I find out the state of health, not the prices for services. How come workers don't know if they have a vaccine and how much it costs? And finally, the lack of a ramp in an institution where there is a pediatrician - is an absolute disregard for people who came to the reception with a stroller. It will not be possible to drag it without outside help in any way so it is necessary to go with all family.

A clinic that cancels an appointment without warning the client. You will already learn the fact that there is no doctor at the reception. I do not advise anyone !!!

She was at a urologist's appointment. Doctor Koshlan VV explained everything well according to my diagnosis, answered my questions, conducted an examination and prescribed treatment. Very polite and attentive attitude to patients. The reception staff is friendly. It is very bad that you can not pay by card. Please note. And so I liked everything, I recommend!
