DISAPPOINTMENT. Gained EXPERIENCE of cooperation with the company Quadro Odessa. COST 1000 UAH (according to the terms of the company you spend your advance in case you made a sketch of the product, but refuse to produce after calculating the cost). Quadro services are that you can draw a sketch of the furniture, you will help to draw it in detail for further cutting and finishing (edge, holes, fittings). I know that almost half of the furniture workshops from the Malinovsky market order saws here. I already have several product samples. Quality is OK. It seemed logical that you can save a little if you know a little about 3D modeling programs and know exactly the size and materials. But it did not happen as expected. For two pedestals (in the corridor, under the TV) and a hanger with a pouf in the corridor in the company Quadro I was charged 17 thousand hryvnias. For comparison, a similar set of ready-made BRW furniture costs UAH 8,968. You can rightly argue that the quality of BRW and Egger materials (which I ordered for Quadro) is different. But the same set of the SAME materials when ordering at the Malinovsky market costs me $ 550 (UAH 15,400). And no hassle with delivery and assembly. DISAPPOINTED. And 1000 UAH it is a pity, and I received a delay with production of furniture. I anticipate possible accusations of allegedly unfair competition. To confirm the honesty of my review, I indicate the receipt number for my order №348 from 05/02/2021 DISAPPOINTMENT. Part 2. The functionality of Google Maps does not allow me to add a comment to your response to my previous review of 22/02/2021, so I respond to this additional review. You provided a detailed (as many as 4 points) answer to my response, which did NOT contain ANY questions. Yes, for some reason you decided to "explain the nuances" and "clarify the whole situation" to me personally. I leave it to your conscience to doubt my ability to present information and formulate my impressions of ordering at Quadro. Regarding 4 points of your "answer". Item №1. "UAH 1,000 is a payment for the work performed by the design department, the terms of which you have been acquainted with in advance and agree to." This information is unfounded - THIS IS WHAT I wrote in the first sentence of my review. Item №2. "We can compare the cost of products only if the furniture maker really orders from us and uses identical material." This statement is not relevant to MY response, because I have already compared the prices. (The identity of the material Egger chipboard typesetting 18 + 10mm in color H 1277 ST9 with an edge of 2mm, which is specified in my order, I personally have no doubt.) Item №3. "All processes of our production are performed automatically on new and high-precision equipment." This text is also given for no apparent reason. In my review, I mentioned "Quality is OK." Item №4. "Consider an individual approach to each order and product, because mass production of furniture will always be cheaper." Another great example of manipulation - I gave examples of BRW prices and an offer from the Malinowski market: 1) BRW - serial production, 2) furniture from the market - individual from the SAME materials and often sawn on the Quadro. Therefore, one part of the response (market prices) is manipulatively "forgotten" and the axiom of "serial production is always cheaper" is used. Conclusion. Quadro's response to a negative feedback from a potential customer (who is interested, risks money, recognizes product quality): - generously sprinkled with manipulative techniques (discussed in detail above), - sarcastic personal appeals "we are glad that you appealed", "we are always happy for YOU" (it's all for a 1-star rating), - self-praise ("all processes are automatic", "new and high-precision equipment"). The standard response of the client to a sincere and frank response has never brought the business closer to improvement. And only for the business owner to decide - he wants to work with objections, attract new customers (perhaps such inconvenient), improve and think about the future or wants to unsubscribe "blink the eye" and not admit that there is a problem with communication.

Very polite staff, who perfectly managed to find an approach to all our desires. I also impressed the room with samples that you can touch and understand what you want.

I will write a more detailed review than just 5 stars. Making furniture is my hobby. I tried to order a cut in other places ... The last time I was in Kvadro. I like it. I liked the managers who were sympathetic to my inexperience. They showed me, explained ... The guy (manager) I don't remember his name, sits at the end, opposite the stairs. Separate words of gratitude to him for helping to deal with the fastening fittings. Return-exchange and additional order were issued without any problems. Let's just say I have the most pleasant impressions! The manager for the issue of sawing is very strict, but he knows his business :))) I hope that this was not the last order from you ...

Prompt execution of orders, very good quality of cutting and edge gluing. Rich assortment of accessories. Separately, I would like to note the professionalism and tact of the staff. The firm is at the level! I wish you prosperity, for the good of us all.
