The master was late for 15 minutes and did not even apologize. After that, we have sterilized tools for 40 minutes (at my request, I value my health, and do not intend to do manicure with instruments of unknown origin). when I asked for a book of reviews and suggestions, the administrator ran around me, trying to fix the situation, and then politely asked me away, saying we have time for each client. really, I sat in the cabin an hour (!), but the manicure did not even begin. when I was recording on a manicure, deliberately asked about the sterilization of instruments. I was assured that everything is sterilized at the highest level, but in practice, you will not see any kraft packages, and your request to sterilize the tools will meet with you an acid mint. While I was sitting and waiting for the tools, the wizard was not cool at all, even without suggesting to look at the palette. with such an attitude to clients, Anno, you would be in the hairdresser's at the station of the company, and not in the salon in the city center to work. the administration is asking you: either provide high-quality and safe services and buy normal sterilization equipment or do not provide manicure services at all.

Why did you delete my review? Because he is bad? Work well and the reviews will be appropriate! I will write again. I recorded my son for a haircut on Saturday on Tuesday, since there was free time only on Tuesday. When they arrived, the administrator said that you need to walk for at least another hour, as they did not finish with the previous client. When I was asked why they did not call and did not warn, they answered that for some reason they could not get through (they would have invented something more convincing). Just so called SALON is an ordinary barber shop with zero maintenance!

She did a manicure. Very neat, thorough. But for a long time. The choice of design was up to me. Although I prefer to use the imagination and skill of the master.
