I bought a ring, July 2020, after 3 days the stone flew off, for my own money they fixed the problem for two weeks, took it from the repair, then the same stone (semi-precious !!!) flew off after 5 days, took it again (paid), after 3 weeks They called and took it, 3 times - flew off again on the same day after the repair, maybe an hour passed, as it took it, gave it back, and already the limit to everything, but the same stone flew off 4 times again 🤬 !!! I waited a month (they did not call at all), until the end of December 2020! And she took it with a scandal !!!! And from the renovation of Kiev😅 (as they claim, there is a suspicion of what they are doing in the basement in Cherkassy), somehow I arrived during an hour of my stay in this "office" They feed them "breakfasts", they say: "Wait for the call !!" How long can you wait, exactly a month😡! Low-quality jewelry! Read the reviews! There is about this store! Gold and can sell a fake! Diamonds in the bracelet - the girl's got torn, where is the seal😱! After reading such reviews, I read something similar to my situation, when I started having “problems” with the decoration !!! This is not an accident, this is a pattern in the store! Look! Do not be lazy !!!!!!!!!! Draw your own conclusions, what kind of "store" is not a factory, but an "office" !!! I will never buy jewelry here in my life! I bought in "Depot", but in "Lyubava" the same thing!

My first appeal was through the site. I was interested in jade stone. For some reason, there are very few products with this stone, if not to say that there is none at all. The call center consultant found in the assortment a ring and a pendant in the same style. But when they came to the salon to place an order, it turned out that the pendant was not available (?) The order-ring was delivered for 4 days. Girls are very attentive in the store, trying to please every customer😊. After payment, I asked to cut the tag from the ring + do not pack it. I’ll say they’ll wear it at once The girl performed a ritual: she asked me to make a wish, I cut the thread and put on a ring. It seems to be nonsense, but my mood lifted me. I am waiting now when the wish is fulfilled😄. Suggestion to the Guide. We went around jewelry departments in search of jade a lot. Why not make a department for wedding anniversaries on the website or right in the store. We had a jade wedding on September 11th for 26 years. It's good that you have one ring with this stone. In general, this topic can be beaten (and the customer base can be collected on such dates). I would be glad that I would be offered something on the eve of our date. Rather, my husband was offered to me😜
