I won't put a single star. Service at the level of the plinth. We bought the wrong product by mistake, said it can be exchanged, found several options - ordered it. Calls rained down that the product could not be delivered to the store, only to New mail. It seemed to me that the Golden Age was a serious campaign, but it turned out that God knows what.

Having bought a ring. It so happened that the size did not fit. Arriving at the store to exchange it for a smaller size, said good exchange, you need to wait 2-3days (said that will inform sms). A week passed, without waiting for an SMS, I came by myself. To my quite logical question "where is the promised ring?", The seller replied to me that she did not make out anything, and then still looked through the information and said that it was necessary to wait another 2-3 days (although it was clear on her face that she just forgot to order it ). Such a service, when you buy something from all sides, you are attracted to attention, and when you just need to replace something, they do not even pay attention to you!
