Stayed at the Stary Kanev hotel on August 10-11, 2020. The hotel is in the center, near the museum, restaurants, the famous Cathedral Square, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel building is beautiful and fits into the overall architectural composition. The room / we had 10 / on the first floor is spacious and clean. There was hot water all the time. Bed and towels are clean. TV, kettle, blanket, and dishes were in the room. We liked the hotel price-quality, hospitality / immediately settled, offered tea, etc. /, the location and the availability of the necessary amenities for sleeping.

We lived in a suite on the second floor, a large bed, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, everything was clean and cozy at home. There was no music or smells. I liked everything.

During the rest in Kaniv stopped for a night in this hotel. Reserved a suite on the second floor, the cost of 500 UAH + 20 UAH of reservation. In the room there is an entrance, a shower with a toilet and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The hotel has a cafe where you can dine. Regarding what they wrote that they heard music, they did not hear music in our room. The hotel is well located, not far from the bus station and the city center.

The best staff at this hotel is. Triple room. What upset was the lack of crochet hooks in the towels.

The worst hotel that I ever used. It was very cold and I got neck stiff. The condition of the furniture is owfull. The bed is uncomfortable. After complaining the hotel gave back 50 uah for taxi but I will never come back hear or advise someone this terrible hotel. The worst hotel. I did not drown myself, and I chilled my neck. The condition of the furniture and the san site is poor. The bed is very uncomfortable. After having quarreled with us they returned 50 hryvnia by taxi but I will never come back here and advise this awful hotel.
